No. NivoaFlow works fully with manual entry and CSV imports, so you never have to link a bank if you would rather not. Bank sync through Plaid is an optional Personal feature for people who want it, never a requirement.

Yes. The Free plan covers full manual tracking: transaction entry, CSV import, your own categorization rules, five budget strategies with rollover, goal tracking, multi-currency, recurring detection, basic reports and data export. You can also join a household as a view-only member. No time limits and no credit card.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and stay on Free for as long as you want. Your transaction history is always preserved. If you downgrade, paid features are simply paused rather than deleted.

Security is foundational. We encrypt your data in transit and at rest, use secure sessions, and isolate every account with database-level Row-Level Security. For CSV imports we never see your bank login, and Plaid sync is read-only. There is a full write-up in the Help Centre.

Never. We do not sell, share or monetize your financial data, and we do not use it for advertising. Our business runs on subscriptions, so you are the customer, not the product.

Yes. The Household plan lets you invite family, set shared goals and work on budgets together while keeping a single money picture, with role-based access so you decide what each person can see and do. Free members can join a household as view-only at no cost.

Yes, on Android. The NivoaFlow Android app is available now on Google Play. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet. The web app works in any mobile browser in the meantime.
