Resetting Your Password

How to reset your NivoaFlow password if you have forgotten it, and what to do if the reset email never arrives.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen in under a minute.

  1. Go to app.nivoaflow.com and select Sign In
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field
  3. Enter the email address on your account and select Send reset link
  4. Open your inbox and look for an email from NivoaFlow with the subject "Reset your password"
  5. Click the Reset password link in the email
  6. Choose a new password — it must be at least 10 characters and include lowercase, uppercase, a number, and a symbol. Make it unique to NivoaFlow
  7. Confirm the new password and select Save

You will be signed in automatically once the new password is saved.

Important Things to Know

  • The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen
  • Each reset link can only be used once. Requesting a new link invalidates any previous links
  • For your security, resetting your password signs you out of every device and clears any "trusted device" 2FA exemptions

I Did Not Receive the Email

If the reset email has not arrived after a few minutes:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails occasionally land there
  2. Verify the email address — make sure you typed the exact address you used to create your account. If you signed up with Google, you will not have a password to reset; sign in with Continue with Google instead
  3. Wait a moment and try again — high-volume periods can briefly delay delivery
  4. Check that your inbox is not full — a full mailbox will reject incoming mail
  5. Add support@nivoaflow.com to your contacts — some providers filter mail from unfamiliar senders

I No Longer Have Access to My Email

If your email address has changed or you can no longer access the inbox you signed up with, the self-serve reset will not work. Contact us at support@nivoaflow.com from any address you can reach. We will verify your identity before making any change to your account, which can take a few business days.

Changing a Password You Already Know

If you remember your current password and just want to change it, sign in and go to Settings > Security > Change Password. See account settings for the full walkthrough.

For an extra layer of protection, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication once you are signed back in.
