Creating Your Account
How to sign up for NivoaFlow using email or Google login and complete the onboarding wizard.
Sign Up in Minutes
Getting started with NivoaFlow is quick and straightforward. You can create an account using your email address or sign in with Google.
Option 1: Email Sign-Up
- Visit app.nivoaflow.com and select Sign Up
- Enter your email address and choose a password (at least 10 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol)
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link — if it does not arrive, see Troubleshooting Sign-In and Sign-Up
- You are in — the onboarding wizard will guide you through the rest
Option 2: Google Sign-In
- Visit app.nivoaflow.com and select Continue with Google
- Choose your Google account or sign in to Google
- Authorise NivoaFlow to access your basic profile information
- You are all set — the onboarding wizard starts automatically
Complete the Onboarding Wizard
After signing in for the first time, a short three-step wizard helps us tailor your experience:
- You — your name, date of birth, and country/province. We use province to show the right tax brackets and contribution limits.
- Plan — a quick overview of your 35-day Personal trial. No payment details required to start.
- Start — choose how to bring in your first transactions: import a CSV/Excel file, start fresh with manual accounts, or explore with sample data.
You can adjust your default currency, pick a budget method, and connect an institution any time after onboarding from the dashboard.
Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
If you want an extra layer of security, you can enable two-factor authentication later under Settings → Security. NivoaFlow supports authenticator apps (TOTP).
Your 35-Day Personal Trial
Every new account starts on the Personal plan for 35 days at no cost. That gives you full access to institution sync, AI categorisation, tax tracking, the debt planner, advanced reports, and more.
When your trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. The Free plan keeps manual entry, CSV import, all five budget strategies, recurring detection, goal tracking, and net worth monitoring.
Next Steps
Once your account is set up, we recommend connecting your first institution or importing a CSV to start seeing your transactions right away.
